Event Report:

New venue, Stampede Agrium was stretched to the limits trying to accomodate all the Ag Exibitors, livestock & huge crowds ! Started slow as people took alittle while to adjust to Aggie Days being on 2 levels. Saturday was busy as 17,122 children& parents came thru the doors. Thanks to Don Hewitt, Andrew Sick, The Arkes Family for making Saturday a big success. Sunday was much the same crowds arrived earlier though smaller numbers & fewer strollers,( 11,488) unofficial attendance. There was NO support from the KCC on Sunday, i was left to recruit older teens from various other Ag Exibitors to pull it off. I left Sunday after tear down with my ears ringing with the question from senior Ag Committee staff- Why is your Club not here?? We had great exposure on 4 venues - Red Barn Stage, Tails & Swine Stage, the large triple bleacher Presentation Stage & Rope Making Venue- a total of 9 signs & banners identifying Kinsmen & presented by Kinsmen, and Thank-you Kinsmen banners!!!
